The incompetence of this insurance is just mind blowing. I spent at least one hour on the phone with a representative to have the name of my doctor changed.

My initial doctor's choice was cancelled when the policy was renewed beginning of January 2016. Tried to modify online, but their website is experiencing "technical difficulties" for the past three days. I am so cancelling my policies with them. The worse customer service ever.

Changing doctor should be a no-brainer, especially since the option to do so is available online. HELP !!

Horizon BC has had 2 large data breaches in the past 5 years, affecting some 840,000 subscribers. Thus, they indeed may have some "technical" problems as they attempt to secure their computer data bases.

Eventually, they will resolve their difficulties altho your personal info may already be in the hands of scammers, etc.

You must remember that the customer service personnel you talk to are given limited authority to do much of anything other than try to calm you down and make you go away for awhile. Good luck.
